About Suzanne
Suzanne Lepage can help you navigate and develop strategies for the private plan market by leveraging her unique blend of group benefits and pharmaceutical industry experience. Suzanne is a private health plan strategist with strong pharmaceutical industry, group insurance and employer relationships. Her pharmaceutical industry experience as National Manager Private Health Care for Roche Canada complements almost 20 years in the group insurance industry.

While at Roche Suzanne developed and executed private healthcare strategies and managed a patient assistance program for leading biologic drugs. Suzanne was Manulife’s drug program product manager for six years, where she designed drug formularies, evaluated new drugs and delivered seminars to employers and advisors on drug plan management.

Suzanne is former Co-Chair and active committee member of GIPC (Group Insurance Pharmaceutical Committee) and on the Board of Directors of CAPT (Canadian Association of Population Therapeutics).  She is also former active committee member of two key industry associations: CLHIA (Canadian Life and Health Insurance Association) and Rx&D (Canada’s Research-Based Pharmaceutical Companies). She is also a frequent contributor to industry publications and conferences on topics that bridge the pharmaceutical and group insurance industries.
